Based in Sydney Australia, Incompletegl is an automotive lifestyle brand, aiming to unite a community passionate about JDM cars and the associated lifestyle. The brand sought to expand its digital reach and accelerate both order volume and revenue. Utilizing a holistic omni-channel strategy that encompassed SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Social, we effectively catalyzed Incompletegl’s growth, substantially increasing their web traffic and sales.
The CHALLENGE
Despite a strong foundation in Paid Social Ads, the brand struggled to shift gears as the increase in similar competitors in the space were rising. They had never ventured into SEO or Google Ads, leaving untapped avenues for growth. In January 2022, Incomplete reached out to Uppercut Digital to help take the business to the next level.
Our initial audit revealed the need for an omni-channel strategy encompassing SEO, PPC, and SMM to drive business growth. Improving their Domain Authority (DA) and focusing on developing a new Google Ads structure was key as they had never engaged with SEO and PPC strategy before. This meant they had no historic data and we were building up their SEO and PPC strategies from the ground up, offering a unique challenge and opportunity.

We designed and implemented a Google Ads strategy from scratch, focusing on high-intent keywords and audience segmentation to maximize ROI. To complement this, we developed new SEO category pages that seamlessly integrated with our Google Ads campaigns.

Optimizing Paid Social Ads For Maximum Engagement
We took Incompletegl’s existing Paid Social Campaigns and optimized them for better performance. Utilizing existing data, we made data-driven decisions to improve ad effectiveness and reach. We fine-tuned ad creatives and refined audience targeting to ensure that the ads resonated with the most relevant user groups.
This optimization process led to increased engagement rates and a more efficient use of the advertising budget. As a result, we saw:
