Local search genuinely differs from one market to the next
What ranks in Parramatta is not what ranks in Mosman. The competitors bidding on the term, the volume behind it, and whether the map pack or the organic results decide it all change with the market. That is what an area page is for.

An area only gets a page when we can say something specific about it
If we cannot write something true about search in an area that is not equally true of the suburb beside it, it does not get a page. It gets a paragraph on its region page instead. That is why this list is shorter than it could be.
